AI Enablement for Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini
AI enablement gets your team using Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini well and within policy. We help you choose the plan, set up SSO and admin settings, scope connectors, write the AI use policy, train staff by role and measure adoption. The vendor bills your seats directly.
What AI Enablement Covers
AI enablement means choosing an AI assistant, setting it up for your company and getting staff to use it well. It has six parts.
Assistant and Plan Choice
We match Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini to your stack and pick the plan and seat mix.
Identity and Admin Setup
Domain verification, SSO with your identity provider, provisioning, roles and retention, configured and written down.
Connectors Scoped by Team
CRM, file storage or email connectors per team, read access to start, and write actions set to need approval where supported.
AI Use Policy
Approved tools, the data that stays out, output review and a named owner, with each rule mapped to an admin setting.
Role-Based Training
Hands-on sessions for sales, finance, HR, operations and leadership on your own workflows, with a prompt library per role.
Adoption Measurement and Handover
Usage tracked in each vendor's admin analytics, training adjusted where use is thin, and a runbook handed to your admins.
What shapes an AI enablement engagement?
Scope follows seat count, number of assistants, identity provider, connectors per team, data sensitivity and client contract terms. Book a free strategy session and we'll map the rollout to your stack.
Which AI Assistant Fits Your Business
The best AI for business is usually the assistant closest to the email, files and calendars your team already uses.
Microsoft 365 companies: Copilot
Copilot works in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Microsoft states it “only surfaces organizational data to which individual users have at least view permissions,” so readiness starts with permissions.
Google Workspace companies: Gemini
Gemini sits in Gmail from Business Starter and in Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet and Chat from Business Standard, per Google’s Workspace pricing page.
Tool-agnostic teams: Claude or ChatGPT
Claude and ChatGPT work beside either office suite and reach your CRM and files through connectors your admins approve, which suits teams whose work spans several systems.

Learn more →Gemini Enterprise Rollout for Google Workspace Companies
Google Workspace companies already have Gemini in the tools they use. Gemini Enterprise comes in Business, Standard, Plus, Pay-as-you-go and Frontline editions, priced through Google sales; third-party guides from coworker.ai and gosearch.ai report about $21 per user for Business and $30 for Standard or Plus. On data privacy, Google's Workspace privacy hub states that "Workspace does not use customer data for training models without customer's prior permission or instruction." We set who gets the Gemini app, its sources, chat retention and Gem sharing.
Shared Gemini Gems for the tasks a team repeats.
A Gem is a saved Gemini setup with its own instructions for a repeat job, shared with Viewer or Editor roles under your Drive sharing settings. Google is retiring Gems for Workspace business and enterprise accounts in March 2027 and bringing sharing to Skills, so we keep each Gem's instructions ready to move across.
Running More Than One AI Assistant
A Microsoft 365 company may add Claude for a research team, or a Google Workspace company may add ChatGPT for sales. We run both from one AI adoption strategy: one identity provider, one AI use policy naming every approved tool, and one approval process for connectors.
One policy and one identity setup for every assistant.
When someone joins, changes role or leaves, the change reaches each assistant from your identity provider, through SCIM where the plan offers it (Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise) and a written offboarding step elsewhere.
Measuring AI Adoption and Adjusting Training
AI adoption shows up in each vendor's admin analytics. Reading it and adjusting training is the practical side of AI change management.
Set the Baseline
Seats, sign-ins and connector use from Claude's usage analytics, ChatGPT's analytics dashboard or Copilot usage reports.
Compare Teams
Active users and shared Projects, GPTs or Gems compared across teams, so a quieter department gets help.
Adjust the Training
Follow-up sessions on a quieter team's own tasks, new prompts in its library, and playbooks from teams that use AI well.
Report and Hand Over
An adoption report by team for leadership, and the dashboards and runbook for your admins after we remove our access.
When a Private or Self-Hosted AI Assistant Fits Better
Some data belongs on infrastructure you control.
When client contracts, a regulator or your own risk rules require prompts and documents to stay in your environment, we build a private ChatGPT for your business or a self-hosted AI deployment on your servers or cloud account, so the model, documents and logs stay with you.
You can run both: a vendor assistant for everyday work and a private one for confidential files, under one policy and one sign-in. When several assistants need the same internal tools, we can deploy a self-hosted MCP gateway in your cloud account or on your servers, so Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot Studio agents reach those tools through one logged, permission-checked entry point.
Frequently Asked Questions on AI Enablement
AI enablement is getting staff using AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini well and within policy. It covers plan choice, SSO and admin setup, scoped connectors, an AI use policy, role-based training and adoption measurement. Our AI enablement services end with a handover to your admins.
The vendor bills seats directly at the list prices in the table above. Our work is scoped to your seat count, number of assistants, identity provider, connectors and data sensitivity. For reference, Strategized lists Claude Team setup from $7,500 and team training from $3,997. A strategy session gives you a scoped proposal.
Start from your stack. Copilot fits Microsoft 365 companies, Gemini fits Google Workspace companies, and Claude or ChatGPT suit teams that want a standalone assistant with connectors to their CRM and files. You can also run a suite assistant and a standalone one together under one policy.
Google's Gemini Enterprise FAQ says that data "is never used to train Google models or models for any other customer." Admins also choose which sources Gemini draws on and set Gemini app chats to auto-delete after 3, 18 or 36 months, with 18 as the default.
On business plans, all three keep your data out of model training by default. Anthropic lists model training as "None by default" for Claude Team and Enterprise, OpenAI states that "we do not train on your business data," and Microsoft says prompts, responses and Graph data aren't used to train foundation LLMs. Personal accounts follow different terms, so enablement moves staff onto company accounts.
