Built on Your Setup

AI Training Built on Your Plan, Your Connectors and Your Policy

Our AI training program runs inside the workspace your staff already use, so every exercise matches your plan, your approved connectors and your AI use policy. Before the first session, we review:

1 Your plan: Claude Team or Enterprise, ChatGPT Business or Enterprise, or Microsoft 365 Copilot, and what each seat includes.
2 Your connectors: the systems each team reaches from the assistant, such as HubSpot, SharePoint or Google Drive.
3 Your policy: approved tools, the data that stays out of prompts, and how output gets reviewed.
How It Works

Staff practice on the tools they use every day.

Sessions use your workspace, your shared Projects or GPTs and your own documents, so new habits carry straight into daily work. If the assistant is still being set up, our rollout services for Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot cover that first.

Exercises run in your own workspace
Connector use matches the scopes your admins set
Every rule taught comes from your AI use policy
Role Tracks

AI Skills Training by Role, From Sales to Leadership

Each track covers the AI tasks that role handles most, with prompts written for its own tools and documents.

Sales and Business Development

Account research before a call, first drafts of follow-up emails and proposals, and CRM summaries through an approved connector such as HubSpot.

Finance

Variance commentary, invoice summaries and spreadsheet analysis in Copilot in Excel or a Claude Project, with every figure traced to its source.

HR and People

Job descriptions, interview guides, onboarding checklists and handbook answers, with personal employee data kept out of prompts.

Operations

Standard operating procedures, meeting notes turned into action lists, and status reports drafted from your shared files.

Leadership

AI training for executives: board memos, decision briefs from long reports, and judging AI output before it informs a decision.

Admins

Workspace owners learn user management, connector approvals, sharing settings and the admin analytics that show adoption.

AI Literacy

AI Literacy Basics Every Employee Learns

Every track starts with this foundation, written for people with no technical background.

1

Check the Output

A language model predicts likely text, so it can state a wrong figure with confidence. Staff learn to check names, numbers and dates against the source.

2

Keep Restricted Data Out

Your AI use policy lists the data that stays out of prompts, such as confidential client files or payment card numbers. Staff practice spotting it in a real document.

3

Cite the Source

Staff learn to ask for citations, open the cited document and confirm the passage says what the answer claims.

4

Review Before It Leaves

A person reviews every AI draft before it reaches a client or candidate, and discloses AI use wherever your policy asks for it.

Prompt Library

A Role-Based Prompt Library and Playbooks for Each Team

Prompt engineering training sticks when people leave with prompts they reuse, so each session works like a prompt writing course built on your own tasks. Each role gets a prompt library stored where the team works, plus a playbook for every workshop workflow. Each entry records:

1 The task and role it serves, such as a renewal email for account managers.
2 The prompt, with the files or connector it draws on.
3 What a person checks before the output is used.
Deliverable

Your library stays with your team.

We build it inside your workspace as shared Claude Projects, custom GPTs or Copilot Notebooks, with an owner on your side who adds new prompts.

Prompts written for each role's real tasks
A playbook for every workshop workflow
A named owner who keeps it current
Policy

AI Use Policy Walkthrough and Staff Acknowledgment

Every program includes a walkthrough of your AI use policy, shown inside the assistant your staff use.

Staff apply a policy most easily once they have seen each clause at work in the tool. Each employee acknowledges the policy at the end, so HR holds a dated record of who has completed it.

Clause in your policyWhat staff practice in the session
Approved tools and accountsSigning in through company SSO and moving work out of personal accounts
Data that stays outSpotting restricted data in a sample document
Connector useWhich connectors each team can use, and which write actions need approval
Output review and disclosureChecking a draft against its sources and adding any required disclosure
Incident reportingWho to contact, and what to include, when restricted data reaches a prompt

Companies that need the policy written first can start with our AI acceptable use policy service, and the training then teaches the finished policy.

Adoption

Measuring AI Adoption With Each Vendor's Admin Analytics

Every number comes from the analytics your plan already includes.

1

Take a Baseline

Before training, we record current use from usage analytics in Claude Team or Enterprise, the ChatGPT Business analytics dashboard, or Microsoft's Copilot usage reports.

2

Compare by Team

After each role track, we compare that team's use against its baseline in the same report.

3

Run Follow-Up Sessions

Teams and workflows with the most room to grow get follow-up sessions, and prompts from strong users go into the library.

4

Report to Leadership

Leadership gets a plain summary of adoption by team and role to review alongside seat counts at renewal.

Formats

Training Formats: On-Site or Remote, Live or Recorded

AI training for teams runs in the format that suits how your people work, and you can mix formats by role:

1 On-site sessions at your office.
2 Remote sessions over Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.
3 Live workshops where each person builds a workflow on their own work.
Scope

What shapes the engagement.

We scope every AI training for business engagement in the strategy session and quote against it.

Number of employees and roles to train
Which assistants and plans you run
Connectors and workflows each team uses
Questions

Frequently Asked Questions on AI Training for Employees

Our AI training for employees includes AI literacy basics, a track for each role, hands-on workshops on your real workflows, a role-based prompt library, an AI use policy walkthrough with staff acknowledgment, and adoption tracking in the vendor's admin analytics. Every session runs in your own Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot workspace.

We quote against scope: headcount, roles, assistants, workflows and formats. For market reference, Greenway reports $3,000–$8,000 for a half-day corporate AI training session and ZeroDay reports $3,000–$5,000. The vendor bills seats directly: $20 per user per month billed annually for a Claude Team or ChatGPT Business Standard seat (Anthropic, OpenAI), and $30 per user per month paid yearly for the Microsoft 365 Copilot add-on (Microsoft).

We train on all three, using the assistant your company runs. Microsoft 365 Copilot fits companies that work in Outlook, Teams and Excel, while Claude and ChatGPT suit teams that want one assistant across many tools. If you are still choosing or setting one up, our rollout services handle plan choice, SSO and connectors before training starts.

Yes. Every track starts with AI literacy basics written for non-technical people, and the workshops use tasks staff already do. For AI training for small business teams, Anthropic offers a free AI Fluency for Small Business course co-presented with PayPal, and OpenAI's small business program runs product webinars and in-person AI academies. Our sessions add training on your own plan, connectors and policy.

On business plans, all three vendors keep your data out of model training by default. Anthropic lists model training on Claude Team and Enterprise as "None by default", OpenAI states "No training on your business data by default" for ChatGPT Business, and Microsoft's privacy documentation says "Prompts, responses, and data accessed through Microsoft Graph aren't used to train foundation LLMs." Personal Claude and ChatGPT accounts use an opt-out setting, per Anthropic's pricing page and OpenAI's Data Controls, so the training moves work into the company workspace.

With the vendor's own admin analytics: usage analytics in Claude Team or Enterprise, the ChatGPT Business analytics dashboard, or Microsoft's Copilot usage reports. We take a baseline before training, compare use by team after each track, and give leadership a summary for seat renewal.
