What We Set Up

What a Claude Rollout Covers

Our Claude consultants handle six pieces of work that move your company onto one managed Claude org.

Plan and Seats

We match Team or Enterprise to your headcount and controls, and assign Premium seats to your heaviest users.

Identity and SSO

Domain verification, your identity provider, JIT provisioning and Require SSO, so every sign-in runs through company accounts.

Scoped Connectors

HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and custom MCP connectors, each limited to the data a team needs.

AI Use Policy

Approved accounts, data that stays out of prompts, output review and connector approvals, written for Claude.

Role-Based Training

Workshops for each team on Projects and skills, built around that team's own work.

Handover

An admin runbook, onboarding and offboarding steps, a configuration register, and removal of our access.

If you are weighing Claude against ChatGPT, we set up ChatGPT Business and Enterprise the same way, and our AI enablement service covers companies running more than one assistant.

Identity and Admin

SSO and Admin Setup for Your Claude Org

We connect Claude to your existing identity provider in the order Anthropic's setup requires, so staff keep working through the switch.

1

Verify your domain

An Owner adds the DNS TXT record Anthropic provides to prove your company owns its email domain. Every later SSO step depends on it.

2

Connect your identity provider

We connect Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google or another provider and turn on just-in-time (JIT) provisioning, so people assigned to Claude in your IdP get an account at first sign-in. Enterprise adds SCIM for automatic provisioning and removal.

3

Move staff off personal accounts

Staff on personal Free, Pro or Max accounts move their working prompts and files into company Projects. We confirm everyone who needs Claude is assigned in your IdP.

4

Require SSO and set admin controls

An Owner turns on Require SSO. From then on, unassigned users on your domain lose access to their personal Claude accounts, so this step comes last. We then set member roles, connector controls, Project sharing and usage analytics.

Connectors

Connectors Scoped to Each Team

Connectors let Claude work in the tools your teams already use, with each team reaching the data its work needs.

We set up HubSpot for sales, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 for documents, and custom connectors built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for internal systems. On Team, only Owners and Primary Owners can add custom connectors; on Enterprise, custom roles with the "Manage access to Libraries" permission can too. Each person then connects with their own login, and Owners can switch off specific tool calls.

We test each connector with a restricted user account before staff connect.

For internal systems that need tighter control, we can also deploy a self-hosted MCP gateway in your own cloud account, so authentication, tool scopes and call logs stay with your company.

Example: HubSpot

A HubSpot Super Admin approves the connector and picks its data scopes. Each rep connects their own login, and Claude inherits that rep's HubSpot permissions.

The connector skips Sensitive Data properties and has no delete tool, and we set its write tools to "Needs approval" so a person confirms each change.

Policy

An AI Use Policy Written for Claude

A short policy staff can follow, with each rule backed by a setting your admins control.

We write the policy around your Claude setup: the approved plan and accounts, data that stays out of prompts, client confidentiality terms, who reviews output, and how a new connector gets approved.

Company accounts only

Require SSO keeps work in the company org, under Anthropic's commercial terms.

Approved connectors

Owner-added custom connectors and per-tool controls, with each approval in the configuration register.

Records and retention

On Enterprise, audit logs, custom data retention and the Compliance API.

Our AI acceptable use policy service covers the full document, staff acknowledgment and review triggers for new tools.

Training

Role-Based Claude Training With Projects and Skills

Each session runs on your own work, inside the org and connectors your staff will use.

Sales and account teams

A shared Project with the pitch deck, pricing and product notes, plus HubSpot for account research and follow-up drafts.

Finance and operations

Projects for month-end close and vendor questions, plus skills: written playbooks for how your company handles recurring tasks.

Leadership and admins

Board and investor drafts in a private Project; for admins, seats, connector approvals and usage analytics.

Every track covers checking output, keeping restricted data out of prompts and sharing Projects. A Claude expert from our team leads each session and leaves a skills playbook for each role.

Small businesses can also turn on Claude for Small Business, which Anthropic launched on May 13, 2026 as a toggle install inside Claude Cowork, with 15 ready-to-run agentic workflows and 15 skills across finance, operations, sales, marketing, HR and customer service. We adapt them to your tools during training. Our AI training for employees also covers ChatGPT and Copilot.

Scope

What Shapes the Engagement

Every Claude implementation we scope starts from five factors: seat count, your identity provider, connectors, data sensitivity and client contract terms. The answers set how much configuration, testing and training the rollout needs, and we quote against that scope after the strategy session. If your teams also use ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini, we plan one policy and one identity setup across them.

What We Ask

Your answers set the scope.

We confirm each factor with you before we propose anything.

How many seats, how many Premium, and which identity provider
Which connectors each team needs, and how finely each one is scoped
What client, employee and financial data staff handle, and what client contracts require
Private AI

When a Private Deployment Fits Better

Claude Team and Enterprise run on Anthropic's cloud under its commercial terms, which state that "Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services." Some companies need their data and models inside their own environment.

The reason might be a client contract that keeps documents on your network, regulated records, or a choice to host the model yourself. For those cases we build a private ChatGPT-style assistant for your business on infrastructure you control, or a self-hosted AI deployment with open-weight models on your servers or cloud account. You can also run both: Claude for everyday work, a private assistant for the most sensitive files.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions on Claude Consulting

Anthropic bills the seats directly: Team by credit card, monthly or annually, and Enterprise invoicing with net terms through Anthropic's sales team. NeuralChainAI covers setup, policy, training and handover as a separate engagement, and your company holds the Claude contract.

Yes. Team covers 2 to 150 people with SSO and JIT provisioning. When you need SCIM, audit logs, custom retention or the Compliance API, Enterprise adds them at $20 per seat per month billed annually plus usage, with a 20-seat minimum (Anthropic). We plan the Team setup so your policy, connector scopes and identity provider groups carry into Enterprise.

Anthropic's SSO setup supports Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google and other identity providers. An Owner verifies your domain with a DNS TXT record, connects the provider, turns on JIT provisioning, then turns on Require SSO. Enterprise adds SCIM.

On Team and Enterprise, Anthropic's pricing page lists model training as "None by default," and its commercial terms state that "Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services." On Free, Pro and Max, training is opt-out, which is one reason to move work into the company org.

After an Owner turns on Require SSO, users on your domain who are unassigned in your identity provider lose access to their personal Claude accounts. We move staff into the company org first and confirm every IdP assignment before the switch.
